Reports

Annual reports of the Energy Transparency Index reflect the main results of comprehensive assessments of the availability and quality of information in Ukraine. The reports contain key findings of the in-depth multidimensional analysis of transparency (by categories and subcategories, energy markets, individual indicators, etc.), gap analysis, and targeted recommendations for stakeholders to improve transparency and accountability.

From year to year, the Index reports are supplemented with new content elements aimed at making the research results easier to understand and more contextualized. For example, in 2023, the report's sections were supplemented with text boxes with the most vivid and relevant examples of (non)transparency in Ukraine's energy sector and their impact on the industry's functioning.
